Marvel Studios ‘Captain Marvel’ casting call for aliens

The Marvel Studios / Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures feature film “Captain Marvel” is currently filming in the Los Angeles area, and the production is casting men and women to portray aliens. Also needed are adults who are short enough to portray child aliens. Shooting on these scenes will take place on various dates between late April and mid-June, 2018. The extras/featured extras casting call details are posted below.

“Captain Marvel” centers on Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes when Earth is caught in the middle of a galactic war between two alien races. Set in the 1990s, “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is the twenty-first film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Starring in Captain Marvel is Academy Award winner Brie Larson playing Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel. Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck are directing from their own screenplay, with additional script contributions by Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Liz Flahive, and Carly Mensch. Producers are Kevin Feige, Lars P. Winther, with Mary Livanos as associate producer. Executive producers are Victoria Alonso, Louis D’Esposito, Stan Lee, and Jonathan Schwartz. DP is Ben Davis. First AD is Lars P. Winther.

“Captain Marvel” is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 8, 2019, in IMAX and 3D. This project is currently using the working title “Open World.”

“Captain Marvel” Casting Call

You must be legally eligible to work in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles and in the state of California.

The feature film “Captain Marvel” is seeking the following extras and featured extras roles. These are fully paid roles, both union and non-union talent are welcome to submit. These roles will shoot on the Wednesday April 25, Friday May 4, Saturday May 5, Monday May 14, Friday June 15, and Monday June 18. Dates subject to change. ADULT MALE ALIENS – This will involve heavy prosthetic makeup, including fully covering your face, contact lenses, etc. This will be for full work days for all of the dates listed above. You should have thin, angular faces. YOUR HAIR MUST BE VERY SHORT OR YOU MUST BE WILLING TO HAVE IT CUT SHORT.

ADULT FEMALE ALIENS – This will involve heavy prosthetic makeup, including fully covering your face, contact lenses, etc. This will be for full work days for all of the dates listed above. We’re looking for: Women, thin, with angular faces, with short hair (or willing to be cut short) –

CHILD ALIENS – This will involve heavy prosthetic makeup, including fully covering your face, contact lenses, etc. This will be for full work days for all of the dates listed above. We’re looking for: Adult men & women who are short enough to portray children, thin, with angular faces, with short hair (or willing to be cut short).

Synopsis:
